What you will do

• Set vision and strategy for carrier-distributed products, including packaging, modularity, and long-term platform bets.
• Define the roadmap across distribution experiences, underwriting, servicing, data, and admin tooling.
• Drive prioritization for reusable roadmap investments and carrier needs.
• Create a multi-tenant and configurable product foundation with entitlements, feature flags, and customization patterns.
• Establish release, migration, and backward compatibility practices for seamless carrier adoption.
• Manage and develop product managers and product leaders as the team scales.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex B2B SaaS or platform products from strategy through launch and iteration.
• 5+ years leading product teams or multiple product managers through multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Demonstrated ability to build configurable products for enterprise customers, with clear boundaries for customization vs. core roadmap.
• Strong product judgment and systems thinking, translating partner requirements into scalable primitives and modules.
• Comfort operating across technical and commercial stakeholders, including enterprise customers and executive leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including product strategy documents, PRDs, launch readiness criteria, and executive updates.
