What you will do
- Set and communicate platform-level product strategy for billing.
- Translate complex billing behavior into clear product definitions and requirements.
- Evaluate new use cases, customer requests, and make tradeoffs for flexibility and maintainability.
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, and other Product managers to align on billing behavior.
- Enable Marketing and Solutions teams through accurate product documentation and customer-specific requirement evaluation.
- Serve as a liaison to customer delivery/solutions teams, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration.
Requirements
- 5+ years in technical product management experience, with senior-level ownership of platform or financial systems.
- Strong experience with billing, invoicing, payments, or accounting-adjacent platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering teams in an agile environment.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with Engineering teams on event-driven architectures, microservices, and RESTful API design.
- Familiarity with customer onboarding, delivery, and post-sales technical support in a SaaS or enterprise setting.
- Strong product instincts backed by technical fluency.
