Senior Marketing Specialist (Private Markets): Developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies to drive qualified leads and increase conversion rates for private market solutions with an accent on account-based marketing and data-driven methodologies. Focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance, and aligning strategies with business objectives and sales targets.

Location: United Kingdom - London. The role allows working from (almost) anywhere for up to 20 days per year.

Salary: Competitive base salary, annual bonus, and annual equity grant.

What you will do

  • Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with Revenue and Marketing teams to align campaign strategies with business objectives and sales targets.
  • Create strategic account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting C-level executives with tailored messaging.
  • Establish clear KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and transform data into actionable strategies for continuous optimization.
  • Manage regional marketing initiatives and support field marketing activities, including virtual and in-person events.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of competitor positioning and market trends to inform strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven marketing experience in SaaS or financial services firms.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing strategies.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
