What you will do
- Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
- Collaborate with Revenue and Marketing teams to align campaign strategies with business objectives and sales targets.
- Create strategic account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting C-level executives with tailored messaging.
- Establish clear KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and transform data into actionable strategies for continuous optimization.
- Manage regional marketing initiatives and support field marketing activities, including virtual and in-person events.
- Maintain a deep understanding of competitor positioning and market trends to inform strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven marketing experience in SaaS or financial services firms.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
