What you will do

• Manage the render farm to ensure all productions meet their deadlines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues and implement performance improvements.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor resources to ensure appropriate allocation.
• Monitor for issues with render jobs and nodes, resolving them or coordinating with stakeholders.
• Assist artists and production teams with requests or problems.
• Perform cleanup on the render farm as needed and analyze trends for improvement areas.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience managing a render farm.
• Experience with Shotgrid.
• Familiarity with Maya, Nuke, and Houdini.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, troubleshoot, and problem-solve.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work in a team and independently.
• Ability to provide alternating support on weekends.
