What you will do
- Partner with new customers to understand communication goals and translate them into effective platform configuration.
- Lead onboarding experiences, balancing immediate setup needs with long-term scalability and adoption.
- Guide customers through core workflows like monitoring, reporting, media database usage, and pitching.
- Configure and refine monitoring inputs, making thoughtful tradeoffs between precision and flexibility.
- Project manage around 25-30 concurrent onboardings, coordinating with internal teams.
- Educate customers on platform usage and recommended setups for their goals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in customer onboarding, customer success, implementation, project management, or a related SaaS role.
- Comfortable translating customer goals into structured setups and workflows, even when requirements are ambiguous or evolving.
- Experience configuring or working with search logic (e.g., Boolean).
- Effective in a fully remote environment, using tools like Slack, Asana, and CRMs.
- Able to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
- Proactive, organized, and thoughtful in problem-solving, with a deep care for customer outcomes.
