Salary: $142,000–$166,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead customer implementations, serving as the primary point of contact for hirify.global's partners.
• Own the creation, coordination, and execution of project plans with cross-functional teams.
• Lead through project phases including technical configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
• Identify and manage project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Communicate project progress and issues transparently to stakeholders.
• Develop repeatable processes to scale concurrent implementations.

Requirements

• Track record of driving successful healthcare technology implementation projects.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• 3+ years of experience in project management with a focus on B2B software deployment and implementation.
• Experience implementing electronic record systems and leading build/testing phases (Epic is a plus).
• Ability to work with speed, be results-driven, and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with systems requiring strict adherence to privacy and security protocols.
• Knowledge of tiered support organizations and escalation protocols.
