What you will do
- Lead customer implementations, serving as the primary point of contact for hirify.global's partners.
- Own the creation, coordination, and execution of project plans with cross-functional teams.
- Lead through project phases including technical configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
- Identify and manage project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Communicate project progress and issues transparently to stakeholders.
- Develop repeatable processes to scale concurrent implementations.
Requirements
- Track record of driving successful healthcare technology implementation projects.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
- 3+ years of experience in project management with a focus on B2B software deployment and implementation.
- Experience implementing electronic record systems and leading build/testing phases (Epic is a plus).
- Ability to work with speed, be results-driven, and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with systems requiring strict adherence to privacy and security protocols.
- Knowledge of tiered support organizations and escalation protocols.
