Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 + variable + equity options

What you will do
- Shape hirify.global's market presence by transforming complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging and positioning.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Demand Gen to plan and execute new product and feature launches.
- Create content that drives action and thought leadership, including decks, one-pagers, web pages, webinars, and case studies.
- Empower go-to-market teams by building and delivering training, playbooks, and enablement materials.
- Research customers, competitors, and industry trends to uncover insights that shape messaging and product strategy.
- Track and report the impact of launches, content, and enablement initiatives, connecting work directly to revenue growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or product management with 3+ years in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience developing clear, audience-specific messaging and product narratives for complex, technical, or regulated concepts.
- Experience designing and delivering effective sales enablement, including competitor battlecards and training.
- Proven track record using data and market insights to refine messaging and strategy.
- Hands-on experience building a range of marketing assets like presentations, demo videos, and web content.
- Consistent track record in defining and driving project execution in a startup environment.
Nice to have
- STEM background or proven knowledge in Life Science SaaS.
- Experience with Software/Product Lifecycle Management.
- Knowledge of Software testing / Verification and Validation.
- Experience with Artificial intelligence (AI/ML).
- Understanding of Cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of medical device or software as a medical device (SaMD).
