Location: This position is located in Austin, Texas, United States and requires approximately 30% domestic travel to field events and trade shows across major cities like San Francisco, Austin, New York City, and Chicago.
What you will do
- Plan and execute 60–80 person in-person events end-to-end, including venue sourcing, vendors, catering, AV, registration, and day-of coordination.
- Run Agentic-thons / hackathon-style events, managing logistics, agendas, and on-site execution.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to promote events pre-launch, including email invitations, landing pages, and social posts.
- Coordinate creation of pre-event marketing materials and ensure consistent messaging and branding across all event promotion and attendee communications.
- Support attendee acquisition by tracking registrations and making real-time adjustments to promotional efforts.
- Coordinate post-event follow-ups with sales and internal teams, and capture feedback and learnings to improve future programs.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or event planning.
- Experience planning and executing in-person events (50–100+ attendees).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Clear, professional communication skills.
- Comfortable owning events independently with minimal hand-holding.
