What you will do

• Collect, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications for CRM developments.
• Collaborate with sales, customer care, product, and IT teams to design and implement a cloud-based CRM solution.
• Act as a key point of contact for the new CRM platform throughout its development and enhancement.
• Define testing requirements and manage user acceptance testing before releases.
• Analyze and map data flows between systems to guarantee data exchange across platforms.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the CRM development field.
• Hands-on experience in CRM campaign management and solution development (such as MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Teradata, Unica, or similar platforms).
• Strong background in translating business needs into detailed technical specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
