What you will do
- Develop and manage monthly and quarterly business development plans to achieve annual revenue targets.
- Identify and prospect leading global companies to create partnership opportunities at hirify.global events.
- Build relationships with Fortune 500 executives, scale-up founders, CIOs, Marketing VPs, and event professionals.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing new and existing partners.
- Implement go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the VP of Sales and Growth team.
- Contribute to hirify.global's global expansion strategy as part of a close-knit team.
Requirements
- Direct B2B sales experience, ideally in tech or events.
- 3+ years of proven success in a high-growth or scale-up environment.
- Consistent achievement against targets and KPIs.
- Experience in a complex sales environment with multiple channels, partnerships, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce or Hubspot CRM.
- A genuine interest in technology and a growth mindset.
