What you will do

  • Own and drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new accounts and increased market penetration.
  • Develop and execute the company's business development strategy for games, including mapping the partner landscape.
  • Provide hands-on day-to-day leadership to global Games sales and operations teams.
  • Develop and own a strategic roadmap for identifying and executing new revenue opportunities.
  • Establish metrics and visibility to provide executives with an in-depth understanding of revenue-generating operations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in a global, revenue-generating role.
  • Experience working with creative or IT creative services industries.
  • Strong exposure to the games industry with relevant relationships.
  • Mandatory background in BPO.
  • Experience managing a sales team (global team is a plus).
  • Awareness of working across time zones and geographies.
