What you will do

• Maintain full awareness of licensee technical support and operational activities throughout the service lifecycle.
• Ensure correct prioritization and efficient resolution of all licensee issues.
• Act as the main focal point between licensee organizations and hirify.global's internal divisions for technical aspects of service delivery.
• Align operational procedures, identify support optimization, and lead service improvement programs.
• Gain and maintain an up-to-date understanding of licensee services, solutions, and 3rd party integrations.
• Act as a licensee knowledge center within hirify.global.

Requirements

• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Experience in IT support and/or account management roles.
• Client-facing skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to maintain progress in stressful situations.
• Ability to juggle multiple demands and prioritize work according to defined goals.
• Knowledge and experience with modern IT solutions and IT Services Management (ITIL, Lean IT, DevOps).
• Ability to act quickly and react to unexpected situations.
