What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of Account Managers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Coach AMs to develop and execute strategic account plans that drive results.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve team efficiency through new tools and processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to represent the Client Services perspective.
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for major client initiatives, building relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Provide expert guidance on hirify.global’s DSP and lead client engagements.

Requirements

  • Professional working proficiency in both Spanish and English
  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, campaign strategy, or execution within the programmatic, adtech, or martech space
  • Deep understanding of Real-Time Bidding (RTB) and programmatic advertising, with hands-on experience using DSPs and Ad Networks.
  • Strong track record of managing senior client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
