What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of Account Managers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Set clear expectations for success by tracking and evaluating quarterly revenue targets.
- Coach AMs to develop and execute strategic account plans, providing hands-on support for key accounts.
- Reinforce a commercial mindset, empowering AMs to own the full client lifecycle.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to represent the Client Services perspective.
- Provide expert guidance on hirify.global’s DSP and lead client engagements.
Requirements
- Professional working proficiency in both Spanish and English
- 3+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, campaign strategy, or execution within the programmatic, adtech, or martech space.
- Deep understanding of Real-Time Bidding (RTB) and programmatic advertising.
- Strong track record of managing senior client relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts with confidence.
