What you will do

• Drive communications strategy and curate content for the Engineering organization, enhancing the Engineering brand.
• Facilitate and manage cross-functional strategic initiatives and special projects related to organizational growth and technology goals.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to define, monitor, and advance strategic objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions to improve accuracy and scalability.
• Create and maintain organizational reporting for strategic growth and efficiency projects.
• Support annual business planning cycles, financial forecasting, and resource management with data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a strategic support, project management, or operational role within a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for clear and impactful messaging.
• Strong analytical acumen and problem-solving capabilities, comfortable navigating complex data.
• Highly organized, with excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Adherence to full week in office policy in Dallas, Texas.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, communications, management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Experience within the financial services or technology industry.
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and AI Tooling.
