What you will do

• Manage hirify.global’s settlement and transfer processes across all markets, with a focus on PEA's in the French market.
• Act as a subject matter expert, responsible for managing clearing, settlement, and transfer processes for PEA's.
• Build relationships with client operational teams and assist in supporting their end-users with PEA related queries.
• Optimize workflows and contribute to the implementation of automation and AI to define the French client experience.
• Design operational improvements, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies while addressing potential risks.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Treasury, and other teams to support efficient processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience with PEA transfers and the French post trade market.
• Deep understanding of market rules, best practices, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Strong investigative and analytical skills to identify and solve errors.
• Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
• French native fluent in English (both written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Experience in data analysis and process automation using data visualization tools, SQL, or Python.
• Experience with EEA transfer and settlement procedures (e.g., ISAs, SIPPs).
