What you will do

• Manage liquidity across local accounts to ensure FX trading is funded and settled on time.
• Lead daily account reconciliation for treasury purposes.
• Liaise with partner banks and institutions in Ivory Coast to handle payment instructions and issue resolution.
• Implement and document robust processes for payments, receipts, and internal cash flows.
• Prepare recurring liquidity reports and maintain auditable transaction logs.
• Provide in-person support for bank account openings and act as an authorized signatory for local entities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar treasury or financial operations role.
• Proven track record in cash positioning, settlements, and reconciliations.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
• Must be based in Abidjan for hybrid work and in-person bank visits.

Nice to have

• Experience dealing with local banks and payment systems in West Africa.
• Knowledge of local and international financial regulations.
• Experience at a startup, fintech, or financial institution.
