What you will do

• Define the long-term vision and strategy for Onboarding Co-Pilot, identifying how GenAI and chat-based UX can reduce friction and accelerate time-to-value.
• Lead 0→1 execution, taking Onboarding Co-Pilot from concept to MVP and scaled adoption by designing conversational flows and iterating rapidly.
• Drive measurable growth impact by owning activation and onboarding KPIs, using experiments and qualitative insights to continuously improve outcomes.
• Collaborate deeply with Engineering, Design, Data, and Growth teams to build intuitive, AI-powered experiences.
• Build and scale a dedicated product management team for the Onboarding Co-Pilot product pillar.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, with 2+ years leading teams or multiple product areas.
• Strong background in PLG SaaS, Growth, or Activation-focused product work.
• Proven success shipping 0→1 products and scaling them to meaningful adoption.
• Experience designing guided, opinionated, or conversational user experiences.
• Solid understanding of GenAI / LLM-powered products, including personalization and human-in-the-loop systems.
• Track record of tying product work to activation, engagement, or retention metrics.
