What you will do
- Design, execute, and analyze growth and A/B experiments across the entire funnel.
- Own onboarding, activation, and retention flows to enhance user value and engagement.
- Conduct customer interviews and market research to inform product changes and hypotheses.
- Optimize pricing and packaging strategies based on value-based models.
- Support product marketing and launch campaigns with clear messaging and narratives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in growth product management roles with hands-on experience in B2B SaaS or PLG products.
- Fluent understanding of key growth metrics (activation, retention, ACV) and ability to spot patterns in data.
- Proficiency in pricing, packaging, and product positioning.
- Strong communication for cross-functional collaboration and effective customer interviews.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, make fast decisions, and act proactively.
