TL;DR

Growth Product Manager: Unlocking the next stage of growth across an ecosystem of B2B SaaS products with an accent on designing, executing, and analyzing A/B experiments across the entire funnel. Focus on owning onboarding, activation, and retention flows, optimizing pricing, and supporting product marketing to drive compounding results.

Location: Remote within Europe time zones (Southern Europe, Spain preferred)

What you will do

  • Design, execute, and analyze growth and A/B experiments across the entire funnel.
  • Own onboarding, activation, and retention flows to enhance user value and engagement.
  • Conduct customer interviews and market research to inform product changes and hypotheses.
  • Optimize pricing and packaging strategies based on value-based models.
  • Support product marketing and launch campaigns with clear messaging and narratives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in growth product management roles with hands-on experience in B2B SaaS or PLG products.
  • Fluent understanding of key growth metrics (activation, retention, ACV) and ability to spot patterns in data.
  • Proficiency in pricing, packaging, and product positioning.
  • Strong communication for cross-functional collaboration and effective customer interviews.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, make fast decisions, and act proactively.
