What you will do

• Serve as the primary Product Owner for multiple projects, managing the full lifecycle from discovery to post-launch optimization.
• Define and execute the strategic product roadmap, ensuring alignment with hirify.global’s mission to streamline clinical trial operations.
• Collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams of Engineers, Data Scientists, and Clinical experts.
• Act as a strategic partner to Marketing, Sales, and Clinical Research, synthesizing complex updates for leadership.
• Identify innovative applications of AI within clinical trial workflows and translate qualitative feedback into scalable product requirements.
• Establish and be accountable for key performance indicators (KPIs), using data analysis to measure product health and ROI.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management, a technical role, business analysis, or a strategic function.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a proven track record of data-driven decision-making.
• An outstanding academic record is required.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Demonstrated excellence in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and cross-functional communication.
