What you will do

• Own the end-to-end post-sales journey, from technical setup to go-live, for assigned accounts.
• Lead high-impact onboarding sessions and kick-off meetings, aligning AI capabilities with client goals.
• Establish and monitor "North Star" metrics to ensure measurable ROI for each account.
• Act as the primary point of contact for support, ensuring rapid problem-solving for critical clinical milestones.
• Proactively monitor account health and lead Quarterly Business Reviews to prevent churn.
• Systematically translate user pain points from accounts into prioritized features for the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Customer Success, Implementation, or Clinical Operations client-facing roles.
• Experience with pharma, biotech, CROs, or clinical tech solutions.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial documents (e.g., protocols, ICFs, IBs, SAPs).
• Excellent presentation skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Data-driven approach to interpreting usage metrics and translating them into action plans.
• Adaptability and a self-starter mindset in a fast-growing startup environment.
