Senior Product Manager (AI): Building a platform to provide Large Language Models (LLMs) with up-to-date information from the web, reducing hallucinations and increasing user confidence by returning links that confirm the model’s answer with an accent on APIs and schemas. Focus on driving feature development, onboarding partners, and supporting strategic relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Barcelona, ES. Starting January 26, 2026, hirify.global employees who live within a 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week.

What you will do

• Identify, prioritize, and drive new features using Agile practices.
• Act as a liaison between business, engineering teams, and partners.
• Drive internal and external partner relationships.
• Coordinate and orchestrate product requirements gathered from partners.
• Collaborate with distributed teams to deliver product enhancements and fixes.
• Drive analysis and support of investment decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree AND proven experience in product/service/project/program management or software development.
• Demonstrated experience leading, influencing, and driving collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to define organizational priorities, establish roadmaps, and sustain the process and artifacts.
• Demonstrated experience managing requirements from multiple partnership relationships simultaneously.
• Be an excellent communicator.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence and deliver clear, rationalized, and impactful results.
• Ability to manage confidentiality without exception.

Nice to have

• Experience in/knowledge of web APIs.
• Experience in or knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Experience in/knowledge of online content generation.
• Experience in/knowledge of web search.
