What you will do
- Work with cold and warm leads and re-engage archived leads.
- Conduct online sales calls and live product demos to present tailored SaaS solutions.
- Manage the entire deal cycle using KommoCRM and IP telephony.
- Achieve and exceed realistic KPIs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (inside sales / SaaS / IT preferred).
- Strong presentation and closing skills with a consultative sales mindset.
- Fluent Russian and working English.
- Confident PC user with CRM experience.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, IT, or digital products.
- Understanding of subscription-based business models.
- Experience working with international clients or EU markets.
