Principal Partner Success Manager: Guiding hirify.global's highest priority partners (GSIs, large SIs, boutique SIs) to scale and mature their hirify.global practice with an accent on strategic advisement, program perspective, and project delivery oversight. Focus on building strong relationships with key leaders, managing complex engagements, and advocating for partner needs while ensuring high-quality outcomes for joint customers.
Location: Remote (EMEA), with estimated travel at 25%. London or Barcelona are not required but are hirify.global’s EMEA offices.

What you will do
- Own a portfolio of hirify.global partners, focusing on scaling and maturing their hirify.global practice.
- Act as a strategic advisor to partners, guiding on practice structure, offerings, and services methodology.
- Help partners navigate hirify.global’s internal processes (certifications, co-delivery, product updates).
- Monitor partner-led projects, support escalated situations, and ensure alignment with account teams.
- Act as an internal expert and advocate for partners, identifying opportunities and coordinating with internal teams.
- Guide internal teams on Partner Success processes and support department building activities.
Requirements
- Deep experience (10+ years) in an Enterprise SaaS environment within Partner Success, Professional Services, Customer Success, or similar roles.
- Strong Professional Services experience, including building/scaling delivery practices, GTM, and project management.
- Experience working with or within Partner organizations, managing a portfolio of global or enterprise partners.
- Technical fluency in iPaaS / Enterprise Orchestration to assess delivery approaches and project timelines.
- Excellent execution, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English required.
