What you will do

• Directly manage and develop a team of Innovation, Technical, and AI Technical Architects, Implementation Consultants, and Technical Account Managers.
• Own regional capacity planning and ensure delivery excellence for Professional Services in Japan.
• Adapt global Professional Services programs to meet Japanese market expectations and cultural nuances.
• Drive strategic initiatives and contribute Japan-specific insights to global Professional Services strategy.
• Foster deep partnerships with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to support growth and customer confidence.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or Enterprise SaaS roles.
• Proven experience leading senior practitioners in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong delivery governance, prioritisation, and escalation management skills.
• Fluency in both English and Japanese (written and spoken).
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
