What you will do

• Collaborate with diverse teams (developers, UX, designers, strategists) to deliver high-quality digital products.
• Understand customer needs and challenges to shape effective solutions.
• Define and prioritize requirements for new or existing digital products and communicate them to development teams.
• Define and own the product vision and roadmap, evolving features based on user and client needs.
• Act as a bridge between clients, third parties, and development teams, managing communication and dependencies.
• Ensure the quality of work produced and provide a first point of escalation for major project issues.

Requirements

• Demonstrable working experience as a Product Manager in the digital/technology space, in a consultancy or agency environment.
• Experience partnering with engineers and designers, leading product prioritization and delivery of user-facing functionality.
• Proven track record of delivering high-profile, user-oriented solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Superlative client-facing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Experience with Agile development and product management methodologies.
• Strong commercial awareness and a strategic mind to identify business opportunities.
