Product Manager (Analytics)

Location: Must be based in Finland (Tampere preferred, but other hirify.global locations in Finland are possible). Remote work options available.

What you will do

• Manage the full product lifecycle from requirement gathering and roadmap shaping to release planning and launch.
• Define the product vision and technology strategy based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
• Maintain the development roadmap, break plans into features, and prioritize the backlog.
• Gather business demands through customer interviews and translate them into clear specifications and use cases.
• Monitor product performance and market metrics such as sales, NPS, and retention rate.
• Communicate the roadmap to stakeholders and support development, sales, and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in process technology, information technology, or a relevant field.
• At least 4 years of experience in product management within automation, software, or process industries.
• Solid understanding of software or automation development principles and technologies.
• Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• English: Strong written and verbal proficiency required.
• Location: Based in Finland.

• Experience with DNA, DNAe, or other automation system information management solutions.
