Product Manager (Software Development)

Product Manager (Software Development): Defining and executing product strategy and roadmaps for software products with an accent on the full SDLC and stakeholder management in regulated environments. Location: Onsite in San Salvador, El Salvador. Candidates located outside of El Salvador will be considered only if they are willing to relocate.

What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy and vision aligned with client objectives and public sector requirements.
• Lead discovery and translate insights into actionable roadmaps, epics, and prioritized user stories.
• Partner closely with Design, Research, and Engineering teams throughout the full SDLC.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and complex stakeholder groups.
• Oversee functional and non-functional requirements, including accessibility, scalability, and data security.
• Monitor product performance and adoption, using data and feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
• Product Management certification or specialization.
• 5+ years of experience working with software development teams under Agile methodologies.
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Leader.
• Strong technical background enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.
• English: Conversational to Full Professional Proficiency.
