What you will do

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their talent needs and provide expert guidance.
• Develop and execute diverse sourcing strategies to attract a wide range of qualified candidates, including active and passive candidates.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Contribute to enhancing hirify.global's employer brand through social media and other channels.
• Maintain accurate candidate data within our ATS (Greenhouse).

Requirements

• Experience recruiting for advertising, media, or production industries either in an agency or in-house environment is a MUST.
• Previous experience recruiting for Client Services (essential) Production and Finance (desirable) roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques. Proffiency with LinkedIn Recruiter is a MUST.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred).
