What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for features and journeys within the Digital Lending programme.
• Translate complex lending concepts and regulatory constraints into intuitive, accessible user experiences.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insight to inform design decisions and iterate solutions.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers, contributing to discovery activities and shaping problem definitions.
• Apply hirify.global’s design system consistently and contribute to its evolution.
• Shape and define internal tool design patterns, ensuring a unified internal user experience.

Requirements

• Experience owning design work end-to-end on complex product areas or journeys.
• Enjoy resolving and designing for web-first internal tools.
• Comfortable working with complexity, ambiguity, and constraints.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and regulatory requirements.
• Confident collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers, influencing decisions through evidence-based design.
• Comfortable conducting research and using insight to inform decisions.
