What you will do

• Craft end-to-end design work for the UK product team, from research to wireframes and final UI.
• Facilitate customer research, including prototype testing, to level up usability and continuously iterate.
• Contribute to the product vision for the UK product team through research, competitor analysis, and data.
• Champion best design practices, evangelise design to the growing UK business, and contribute to cross-border collaboration.

Requirements

• Product Design Experience (4+ years) in fast-paced, product-led environments.
• Expertise in user research, including planning and conducting interviews, moderated testing, and prototyping.
• Ability to validate design decisions using competitive analysis, user research, and product data.
• Focus on outcome-driven design, creating solutions that demonstrably improved engagement, conversion, or other key metrics.
• Confidence in independently driving the design process from discovery to delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer technology products with a strong engagement focus.
• Experience designing healthcare or wellness products.
• Portfolio featuring both mobile applications and web platforms.
• Deep interest in digital health, especially in women’s health and preventative care.
