Senior Fullstack Software Engineer

Location: Hybrid in London or Paris

Salary: €80,000–€140,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and optimize hirify.global's proprietary formula and query engine.
• Build and maintain backend services using C#, .NET Core, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Develop frontend functionality with React and TypeScript.
• Process and aggregate millions of records in real time while addressing scalability and performance challenges.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers and product managers to deliver user-focused features.
• Influence architecture decisions, test new ideas, and improve system performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing object-oriented software with C#, Java, C++, Golang, Rust, Python, Ruby, or a comparable language.
• Proven experience with JavaScript, CSS, and frontend libraries or frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Strong software engineering skills, including translating functional requirements into simple, elegant designs and delivering production code.
• Ability to understand product and customer needs and propose innovative solutions.
• Strong problem-solving attitude and team spirit.
• Fluent English required; French is not required.
