What you will do

• Develop and execute a strategic partnership strategy across financial institutions, fintechs, and digital asset platforms.
• Prioritize and onboard banking, fintech, and digital asset partners to enhance FX pricing, remittance margins, and fiat ↔ crypto conversion capabilities.
• Manage and grow a diverse partner ecosystem, building robust payment rails across multiple geographies.
• Own the full partnership lifecycle, from commercial negotiation and onboarding to ongoing performance optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Legal) to ensure alignment with product goals and regulatory requirements.
• Stay abreast of global trends and regulatory developments in payments, FX, and digital assets.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem management within payments, fintech, banking, or digital asset infrastructure.
• Proven track record of securing and scaling partnerships with measurable commercial impact.
• Strong understanding of FX, cross-border settlement flows, and fiat ↔ stablecoin/crypto conversion.
• Commercially astute with the ability to manage complex, multi-party negotiations.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset in fast-paced, regulated environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and commercial teams.
