What you will do

• Own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle from advertising and sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Act as a consultative partner to Hiring Managers, influencing and advancing recruitment processes.
• Ensure a positive, smooth, and controlled candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Promote the hirify.global employer brand and engage candidates using social media.
• Collaborate closely with international recruitment team colleagues and ensure compliance in data integrity, SLAs, KPIs, and ATS use.
• Develop innovative sourcing pipelines and partner with external stakeholders like universities for increased candidate flow.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a 360° Recruiter managing multiple roles across various job families.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
• Track record of owning, maintaining, and developing stakeholder/Hiring Manager relationships with influencing skills.
• Experience using successful and innovative sourcing strategies and communication channels.
• Native Spanish and Excellent English written & spoken are must-haves.
