TL;DR

Starlink Enterprise Account Manager (SMB/Fixed-Site): Managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise customer relationships for Starlink, focusing on successful activation, retention, and revenue growth. Focus on supporting unique industry needs, defining scalable processes, and influencing technical development through customer feedback.

Location: Hawthorne, CA. This is NOT a remote position and requires relocation if not local to the Hawthorne, CA area. Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), Refugee, or Asylee to conform to U.S. Government export regulations.

Salary: $110,000–$150,000/per year

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers, managing the interface from contract signature through activation and long-term retention.
  • Support and closely manage direct customers with unique Starlink product needs across various industries (e.g., maritime, trucking, oil and gas).
  • Define, standardize, and streamline processes to scale custom Starlink solutions across the business.
  • Deliver impeccable customer service, including efficient acknowledgment and resolution of issues.
  • Collect, communicate, and champion customer feedback internally to influence programmatic and technical development.
  • Retain and grow the value of accounts in both hardware and service revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; OR high school diploma/equivalency certificate and 10+ years of professional business development, operations, engineering, or account management experience.
  • 3+ years of consulting or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Must be available to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed.
  • Availability and willingness to travel up to 15% of the time as needed to customer sites/meetings.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), Refugee, or Asylee.

Nice to have

  • Significant knowledge, experience, or interest in specific customer industries (e.g., maritime, rail, trucking, agriculture, cellular backhaul, satellite communications).
  • Experience managing multiple projects and delivering under tight time and resource constraints.
  • Significant technical knowledge of Starlink or telecommunications in at least one key area (e.g., satellites, ground network, user terminals).
  • Demonstrated ability to turn customer feedback into actionable improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to craft and present professional presentations.
