What you will do
- Develop creative ad concepts for Meta, YouTube, and other channels like TV and OOH.
- Write and refine briefs and scripts aligned with customer psychology.
- Review ad performance to extract actionable learnings and creative recommendations.
- Coordinate feedback loops between designers, editors, and media buyers.
- Track campaign learnings to contribute to ongoing creative strategy frameworks.
- Assist with weekly performance reporting to highlight opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or copywriting.
- Strong ability to interpret performance data and connect it to creative decisions.
- Experience contributing to briefs, concepts, or scripts for paid social or video.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with design and media teams.
- Must be based in or able to commute to London for a hybrid office schedule.
- Strong interest in consumer behavior and ad psychology.
