TL;DR

Product Sales Manager (Product Launch, Roadmap Planning): Owning the change management and launch process for Starlink's Enterprise service evolution with an accent on feature request intake, roadmap planning, and integration of new hardware/service products. Focus on ensuring quality customer experience and improving Go-to-market processes.

Location: This position is onsite in Redmond, WA. Due to ITAR requirements, applicants must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), Refugee, or Asylee, or eligible to obtain required authorizations.

Salary: $105,000.00 - $150,000.00

What you will do

  • Own the change management and launch process for Starlink’s Enterprise service evolution.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and automate existing processes for scalability.
  • Manage feature request intake and roadmap planning (6-12 months out) for Starlink’s Enterprise Services.
  • Act as the final gatekeeper for quality, ensuring a high customer experience standard.
  • Support the integration of new hardware and service products, including pricing and sales enablement.
  • Engage with customers and support sales, answering questions on commercial models and product capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or Business discipline or 3+ years of professional working experience.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in technical sales or product management.
  • 3+ years of previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Must conform to U.S. Government export regulations (ITAR).

Nice to have

  • Experience developing Enterprise/Business User Experiences (dashboards, APIs, payment processing).
  • Ability to synthesize customer and internal feature requests into prioritized recommendations.
  • Technical experience focused on computer networking or software development.
  • Strong business judgment, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analysis skills.
