What you will do

• Drive primary product revenue and retention metrics, ensuring every player feels valued and engaged.
• Define and implement a cutting-edge monetization strategy, establishing pricing frameworks and mitigating revenue risks.
• Lead the charge in crafting promotional campaigns that captivate players and drive player reactivation efforts.
• Manage integrated product communication initiatives, developing full-funnel marketing campaigns.
• Utilize player feedback and market data to generate actionable insights and monitor performance metrics.
• Partner with executive leadership to align cross-functional teams and initiatives with our overarching objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in gaming and/or live operations.
• Proven track record in crafting innovative pricing frameworks and monetization strategies.
• Hands-on experience managing key revenue and retention metrics, demonstrating a data-driven approach.
• Expertise in designing and launching integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with players.
• Strong ability to communicate strategic insights effectively to executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated eagerness to leverage AI-driven tools in daily operations.
