What you will do

  • Write, edit, and publish on-brand content across social media, blog, executive communications, email, web, and press materials.
  • Translate complex ideas in Physical AI and general-purpose robots into clear, audience-specific stories and announcements.
  • Build and manage a rolling editorial calendar, brief stakeholders, and ensure timely publication.
  • Own day-to-day website updates in WordPress, including new pages, posts, and accessibility checks, and ensure content accuracy.
  • Monitor website and social media performance using available analytics and apply basic SEO hygiene.
  • Support event communications such as abstracts, speaker briefs, booth messaging, and promotion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing communications, content marketing, or brand storytelling, ideally in a deep tech, innovation, or B2B environment.
  • Basic experience managing website content (WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow) and monitoring analytics (Google Analytics, LinkedIn).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Semrush, CRM systems, analytics dashboards, or project management software (Asana, Notion, ClickUp).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging stories.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with subject matter experts, leadership, and creative partners.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting external communications/announcements, such as news releases.
  • Graphic design skills and presentation creation skills (PowerPoint and Google Slides).
