What you will do

• Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to implementation and continuous improvement.
• Lead a cross-functional team through agile processes including roadmapping, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
• Monitor risks, quality, and project progress.
• Constantly communicate with stakeholders and align progress with business process, goals, objectives, and strategy.
• Analyze user behavior and gather necessary data to systematize feedback into effective solutions.
• Own the product backlog, ensuring it is well-structured, prioritized, decomposed, and stories are sufficiently described for implementation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Product Ownership, or Product Management.
• C1+ English level.
• Experience in both B2B and B2C products.
• Experience working with e-commerce platforms (at least 3 years).
• Team player with ability to set up collaboration between internal and external stakeholders and engineers.
• Deep knowledge of development methodologies (Kanban, Agile, SCRUM).
