What you will do
- Own and manage the product backlogs for two Scrum development teams, prioritizing and refining items.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure alignment, and communicate progress effectively.
- Define and validate requirements by creating actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Actively participate in Scrum events, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Adapt plans based on feedback and market changes while promoting Agile best practices.
Requirements
- Strong experience (ideally 4+ years) as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in B2B SaaS and Agile environments.
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience; familiarity with SAFe practices is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum), Lean-Agile practices, and experience with tools like Jira.
- Solid understanding of product lifecycle management.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.

- Knowledge of public procurement.
- Additional languages: Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, or Dutch.
