What you will do

• Own the retail hardware product strategy and roadmap across multiple product lines.
• Lead experienced product managers and a Hardware Product Design Lead.
• Deliver a unified hardware roadmap accelerating time-to-market and strengthening competitive position.
• Launch next-generation retail hardware platforms that meet cost, reliability, and regulatory objectives.
• Manage the R&D budget for hardware innovation and sustaining.
• Influence engineering, procurement, UX, Field Services, and external technology partners.

Requirements

• 12+ years in product management or related leadership roles, including 5+ years managing multiple product lines.
• Direct experience in retail POS hardware and technology (terminals, kiosks, vending machines, cashless payment systems).
• Strong market knowledge of components, devices, and emerging technologies relevant to retail hardware.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
