What you will do
- Own the end-to-end hospitality or retail hardware portfolio, managing the entire lifecycle from launch and scaling to deprecation.
- Define and execute a multi-quarter roadmap aligned with the broader hardware strategy to drive measurable outcomes.
- Lead new initiatives through the full development cycle: discovery, PRDs, vendor selection, validation, and launch.
- Translate merchant workflow friction into roadmap priorities by engaging directly with owners and staff.
- Manage supplier accountability regarding feature sets, quality, cost, and lead times using field signals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Ops, Finance, and Legal to ensure clean launches and profitability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in hardware or hardware-enabled SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of shipping at least 1–2 hardware products end-to-end.
- Direct experience with hospitality workflows, including Payments, POS, Mobile POS, KDS, Kiosks, and Networking.
- Strong understanding of hardware constraints, including manufacturing, reliability, packaging, and compliance.
- Ability to work autonomously with extreme ownership in ambiguous "grey" areas.
- English: Fluency required as the working language for global collaboration.
