Program Management Lead (B2B Sales): Leading and synchronizing B2B-specific go-to-market workstreams for hardware and software launches, with an accent on integrating B2B requirements into master launch plans and executing across Product, Legal, and Ops. Focus on driving end-to-end execution for high-priority B2B customer initiatives and maturing the B2B organization through standardization and documentation.
Location: Remote (US). Candidates must be based in the United States and are not considered from Alaska (AK), Delaware (DE), Iowa (IA), Mississippi (MS), Missouri (MO), Nebraska (NE), South Dakota (SD), West Virginia (WV), and Wisconsin (WI). A slight preference for candidates based on the East Coast.
Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 (Region 1); $154,700 - $182,000 (Region 2); $139,400 - $164,000 (Region 3)

What you will do
- Lead B2B-specific go-to-market workstreams and integrate requirements into master launch plans for hardware and software.
- Drive end-to-end execution of high-priority B2B customer initiatives from contract to launch, coordinating across Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
- Serve as program lead for the B2B customer experience, translating feedback into seamless workflows for fulfillment, membership, and platform integrations.
- Standardize business cycles, coordinate OKRs, and develop cross-functional playbooks to enable scalable B2B growth.
- Communicate B2B customer voice and program execution status to internal and external senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B strategy, operations, and GTM leadership, managing revenue-generating programs and new product launches.
- Expertise in developing business cases and requirements for strategic projects.
- Proven ability to lead internal organizational programs and customer-specific initiatives, driving cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in operationalizing hardware and software solutions for healthcare, wellness, or human performance verticals.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Familiarity with program management best practices.
- English: B2 required.
