Location: Raleigh, NC. Requires up to 50% travel for meetings, conferences, and collaboration.

What you will do

• Own the technical sales and solution design for the hirify.global solution portfolio.
• Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical support.
• Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations of hirify.global products.
• Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) activities for hirify.global prospects and customers.
• Evangelize hirify.global externally at developer, community, technology, cybersecurity, and industry events.
• Apply in-depth vertical knowledge or domain expertise and advise on best practices.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Experience with CDN, Security, Networking, or SaaS technologies.
• Solid communication, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage several projects and activities concurrently.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to attend meetings, conferences, and collaborate with teammates.

Nice to have

• Fundamental understanding of customer network and/or application architectures.
• Detailed understanding of workflow from user to application, including hybrid architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Understanding or experience with application and/or network security, VPN, remote access challenges.
• Knowledge of SIEM and log analytics platforms.
• Experience interacting with senior-level/executives to communicate network and security transformation messages.
• Knowledge of routing, subnetting, split tunnels, SD-WAN, and end-user/application security risks (DDoS, malware, phishing).
