Salary: $134,000–$190,000

What you will do

• Design and iterate on consumer-oriented features that simplify complex health data and encourage engagement.
• Translate user research and analytics into scalable design frameworks and service blueprints.
• Lead work streams within projects, translating clinical and technical requirements into intuitive interfaces.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and clinicians to ensure high-quality implementation.

Requirements

• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating work across the end-to-end design process.
• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field with 3+ years of professional UX experience.
• Proven ability to work independently to define strategy and solutions, bridging user needs with requirements.
• Proficiency in Figma and a deep understanding of designing accessible, responsive web and mobile applications.
• Must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Consumer UI/Product Design, specifically in building scalable design systems and data-heavy interfaces.
• Experience with AI prototyping tools (e.g., V0, Cursor).
• Experience in Service Design or Behavioral Science, with a focus on healthcare program design or clinical research.
• Strong background in healthcare, medical services, or launching complex regulated consumer products.
