Salary: $110,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Assist in managing the lifecycle of M&A transactions, including internal stakeholder coordination during diligence and integration planning.
• Maintain and track deal pipeline activities and documentation across multiple stages of the deal process.
• Support project planning for acquisition execution and integration workstreams across various departments.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including timelines, checklists, risk logs, and status reports.
• Schedule and facilitate key meetings, diligence sessions, and internal reviews, tracking action items.
• Contribute to improving corporate development and M&A playbooks, templates, and project management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, ideally in management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or internal corporate development/M&A support.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; familiarity with tools like Smartsheet or Asana is a plus.
• Understanding of M&A processes and transaction phases.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to M&A deal flow in tech, cybersecurity, or SaaS environments.
• Experience supporting large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Familiarity with post-merger integration best practices.
