What you will do

• Own financial planning and forecasting for the DTC business.
• Drive efforts to better serve new customer segments, launch new insurance products, or partnerships.
• Apply business judgment and financial insights to drive decision making related to unit economics, customer acquisition, and new opportunities.
• Improve the speed and efficiency of growth by collaborating with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
• Develop and monitor critical financial performance metrics and communicate actionable insights.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, strategic finance, or consulting.
• 3-5+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or BizOps with a material data/financial focus at a DTC or consumer-facing company.
• Deep expertise in DTC unit economics, growth efficiency metrics, acquisition funnels, cohort analysis, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
• Stellar academic record with a degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Business, Engineering, Mathematics).

Nice to have

• SQL knowledge.
• Prior experience with Corp Dev / Biz Dev.
