Program Management Director (Data Strategy)

Location: Remote - Nationwide (US). Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time, including CPT/OPT. For remote positions you will be required to provide reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection as well as a place in your home to work with limited disruption. You must have reliable connectivity from an internet service provider that is fiber, cable or DSL internet. You may be required to work in the office if you do not have an adequate home work environment and the required internet connection.

Salary: $125,400.00 - $181,875.00

What you will do

• Drive and influence large, complex programs to achieve company goals and strategic vision.
• Partner with executive sponsors and business leads to define scope, KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead large cross-functional teams delivering technology, product, and strategic initiatives.
• Own the integrated program plan, schedule, and roadmap, including sequencing and dependencies.
• Provide accurate, timely reporting on roadmap, status, accomplishments, and outcomes.
• Manage program risks and issues, remove roadblocks, and serve as a first point of escalation for project managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• PMP certification (PMI) required.
• 10+ years of program and project management experience with a track record of strong program execution.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and influencing skills to drive program outcomes.
• Experience developing and delivering reports and presentations to senior management.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision and manage conflicting priorities.

Nice to have

• Previous experience leading complex, data initiatives.
• Six Sigma training/certification.
• Change management training/certification.
• Focus group facilitation skills.
