Salary: $180K – $210K + Equity

What you will do

• Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products.
• Provide end-to-end support during client onboarding.
• Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and overall support documents.
• Analyze clients' requirements and design solutions based on system and product capabilities.
• Manage implementation projects, including monitoring quality, managing timelines, and mitigating risk.
• Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, and systems analyst.
• 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Advanced experience with SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.
• Experience with APIs specs like OpenAPI, web development, and writing scripts to build internal tools (e.g., bash scripting, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman).
