Location: Hybrid, 3 days in our Toronto office and 2 days from home.
Salary: $85,000 CAD - $105,000 CAD plus bonuses

What you will do
- Lead and manage multiple complex projects and programs simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Utilize project management methodologies and tools to plan, execute, and monitor projects.
- Work closely with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to align project goals and ensure seamless execution.
- Manage relationships with key client contacts, strategic partners, and vendors to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, with 5-8 years of experience in total within the enterprise software or technology sector.
- Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential.
- Understanding of cloud-based technologies and SaaS products.
- Working knowledge of APIs and software development lifecycles.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, …).
- Ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team environment.
Nice to have
- Spanish language skills would be considered a strong asset.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus but not required.
